The Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) was initiated by President Nana Akufo-Addo when he was voted into power.

The Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) program was initiated by government to address graduate unemployment to solve social problems. The focus of the initiative will be solving public service delivery in health, education, agriculture, technology, governance and drive revenue mobilization and collection.

Ghanaians were proud of this program because it will help resolve many social crimes in the Ghanaian societies.

Most of Ghanaian youth are employed on this platform on a three year contract which will be ending soon.

The Chairman for the Nation Builders Corps recently pleaded with government to make their contract permanent.

Employees of NABCO also request that their salary or allowance be increased looking at the fact that prices of goods and services are expensive. Cost of living in Ghana has seen unending increase over the past years making most young Ghanaian adults unable to meet their basic needs and surviving on the allowance isn’t easy.

Most young adult have to pay rent, pay for utility bills, feeding and transportation among others.

They congratulated the government for employing them on the program but pleaded for a permanent contract and increase in allowance
